Hands On Ground LLC provides nationwide facility management and commercial maintenance services across all 50 U.S. states, including but not limited to:

• Handyman repairs
• Plumbing
• Electrical work
• HVAC service and repair
• Glass and door repairs

All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians. Service availability, scope, and scheduling are subject to technician availability and geographic coverage.

SMS communications from Hands On Ground LLC are used exclusively for Customer Care and operational service delivery. We do not send promotional, marketing, or advertising SMS messages.

Hands On Ground LLC will seek client approval before exceeding any Not-to-Exceed (NTE) limit established for a job.

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement or invoice. Hands On Ground LLC reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances. Invoices not paid within the agreed period may be subject to late fees as specified in the applicable service agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hands On Ground LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Hands On Ground LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
